2. 90-Day Period: The 90-day period starts from
the date of delivery of your Windyigarn Natural Skincare products. You must
have used the products as directed for at least 90 consecutive days.

3. Return Process: If you are unsatisfied or have seen no improvement in your skin during this 90-day period, please follow our standard return process outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. This includes returning all products from your order, both used and unopened, at
your own expense.

4. Refund: Once we receive your returned products and inspect them, we will process a full refund according to the terms of our Refund and Return Policy. The refund will be issued using the same
payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are capped at $300.

 5. Exemptions: The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
is subject to the same exemptions and conditions mentioned in our Refund and
Return Policy.

If you need to return products in accordance with this policy, please contact our customer service team at sales@windyigarn.com.au to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, Windyigarn will not reimburse return shipping expenses.
