It made my pigmentation very red and angry

There is a reason why we say that this is not a beginner facial (I can see it's the first and only purchase you've made), and why we say you 100% need to prep for this facial and use our daily routine alongside this facial. It's really disappointing that you've had this experience, which is why we advise to do the above to avoid it.
Words can’t describe how much I love this serum! It has cleared up my skin, reduced breakouts and makes my skin so smooth and soft. Also has helped fade old scars and dark spots. So gentle and amazing for daily use, even with sensitive skin. 10/10.
I don’t write reviews but I feel like I need to with this product. I’ve been using the brightening kit for 6 months and for the first time in 20yrs I’ve finally got results from my very stubborn hyperpigmentation. It hasn’t completely gone away yet but has significantly decreased as well as fine lines. My only issue is the packaging, there is still a lot of product left in the bottles after the product doesn’t come out of the pump. I’ve been using it as a guide to know when to reorder. There is still weeks left of product left in the bottles once my reorder has arrived.

Glow cream and mela peel have really made a huge noticeable difference to my 62 year old skin. I have alot of age spots, acne scarring and freckles. This has really freshened up my skin. The product doesnt cause breakouts like others. I am always sceptical of products. This one works. It feels nice on and gives you a glow. Very happy and greatful I dont normally do reviews, this one was very worthy of giving it a shout out.
I have tried so many things to reduce the age spots, dark freckles and general busy look on my skin This product and the glow cream have really made such a difference. I really didn't think it would work, like all the other companies i tried. I am 62 and it's been a real boost for me. Thank you to all for this product.
I have nearly finished my first round of the brightening kit and I get so many comments on the texture of my skin. My overall skin has certainly improved. The pigment has started to lighten. I am looking forward to what my skin looks like by the end of the second round!

The products in the Brightening Kit are absolutely beautiful, and surprisingly gentle. As I have very sensitive skin, I expected to experience some irritation but have been pleasantly surprised. My skin is easily able to cope with twice-daily application. After only two weeks my skin feels softer and smoother than it has for decades and after three weeks, I can see some lightening of the dark spots that have plagued me for years. I'm 64, so while not expecting quick results, I really feel that this is going to be the skincare brand that finally gets my pigmentation under control. I'm even able to use the kit on my ultrasensitive decolletage, which has suffered contact dermatitis with virtually every other product I've used, but there's not a hint of irritation using the Windygarn products. As a bonus, they also smell delicious and feel luxurious.
Haven’t noticed fading of spots and melasma yet but skin feels nicer and possibly brighter I’m in my third week of use so interested to see what another month in looks like Ive ordered the Mela Peel so fingers crossed that will help with the pigmentation I have to say I’m impressed with the customer service makes you feel like you matter Thank you
I love the serum, the clear system has made a difference to evening out my skin tone. Still hasn’t removed melasma, but I enjoying the products.
It’s working but my melasma is dermal so I don’t see big difference yet. But i see my skin is more brighter. Complexion is better than before
Overall, a great product. The Melissa idea with has not disappeared yet but is slowly fading.

This has improved my skin so much, my fine lines have disappeared, my pigmentation is reducing considerably and I feel more hydrated in my skin.
So far it has faded my melasma a little bit my skin went red and irritated and started to peel near my chin and mouth so l use it every 2nd day until it gets use to it
I have struggled with melasma for over 10 years. I have tried alot of different treatments including Halo laser, needling, peels and hydroquinone. I am on my 4th week and have seen significant results with the pyrevic peel. This stuff works. I am so happy with the results so far and look forward to seeing my skin in another couple of weeks.
I’m been using this for 3 weeks now and I can’t see any difference from day one.
I purchased the brightening kit after an add on Instagram stating it will remove pigmentation. While the products are nice, initially I got a severe rash, which by eliminating the retinol, I determined it came from that. I am slowly re introducing it. The products certainly have not reduced my pigmentation, they have slightly made an improvement in the brightness of my skin, but no where near the level advertised and my expectations. Customer Service has been fantastic however and very responsive and helpful. Overall I don’t feel the product is worth the price tag unfortunately.
I started using the brightening kit in December last year and then the nano sponge facial in April. In 5mths I have a huge difference in the pigmentation of my skin and don’t require as much makeup to hide it. The staff have been so helpful with any questions or concerns. They are correct in that it takes time to see a difference.
