Money-Back Guarantee Terms:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a full refund under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, customers must adhere to the terms of our refund and return policy. Our 90 day supply qualifies you for our 90 day money back guarantee.

2. 90-Day Period: The 90-day period starts from the date of delivery of your Windyigarn Natural Skincare products. You must have used the products as directed for at least 90 consecutive days. Products have a 45 day and 90 day use option in terms of the volume you purchase.

*Please note, our 45 day supply kit is intended to be used over 45 days. Our 90 day supply kit is intended to be used over 90 days. If you stretch out your 45 day kit to last over 90 days, or, if you stop using your skincare within the 90 day time period (for whatever reason) you do not meet the terms and conditions of our 90 day money back guarantee.

3. Return Process: If you have seen no improvement in your skin after this 90-day period, please follow our standard return process outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. This includes returning all products from your order, both used and unopened, at your own expense.

4. Refund: Once we receive your returned products and inspect them, we will process a refund according to the terms of our Refund and Return Policy. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are capped at $300.

 5. Exemptions: The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the same exemptions and conditions mentioned in our Refund and Return Policy.

This guarantee is only open to authentic customers, who act at all times in good faith and with integrity.

Windyigarn Natural Skincare reserves the right to cancel the guarantee where we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently.

Your Consumer rights. When Am I Entitled to a Refund?

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a refund if the product you purchased

  1. Is faulty or has a serious defect: If the product is significantly different from what was described or expected, it is considered to have a major fault. For example, a smartphone that fails to turn on after charging would have a major fault. In skincare, this may relate to a product that upon being received, is rancid or has gone off.
  2. Does not do what it is supposed to do: This applies where the product does not fulfill the purpose for which it was bought, such as a printer that consistently jams and cannot print documents.
  3. Is unsafe: If the product poses a safety risk, like an electric kettle that sparks when turned on, it is considered faulty.
  4. Is not as described: If the product does not match its description, such as a silk dress that is manufactured from cotton, you can claim a refund.
  5. Does not fit the intended purpose: If you specifically communicated your need for a product to function as represented to the seller, and it fails to meet that need (i.e, buying a waterproof jacket that turns out to be water-resistant), you are entitled to a refund.
  6. Does not last a reasonable length of time: A product must function or last for a reasonable length of time. For example, if you purchase shoes that fall apart within the first few days of wear, these are considered to be faulty.

These rights are provided for under sections 54-59 of the ACL, which is contained within Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Situations Where a Refund May Not Be Available:

There are situations where customers might not be entitled to a refund:

  • Change of mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, businesses are not legally required to provide a refund unless refunds are provided for as part of their return policies.
  • Damage due to misuse: If the product was damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the care instructions, you may not be entitled to a refund.
  • Minor faults: If the issue with the product is minor, the seller can opt to repair the product instead of offering a refund.

What Are Your Options?

If you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL, you can request:

  1. A refund: A full return of the purchase price.
  2. A replacement: A new product of the same type.
  3. A repair: Fixing the product to bring it up to the expected standard.

The choice of remedy often depends on the nature of the fault. For major faults, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor faults, the seller can choose to repair the product first. Our right to remedy or provide advice / replacement will always prevail, and be provided first.
