We do recommend that you use some kind of balancing face mask once your skin has started peeling such as our Pro Age Mask

Expect to feel the sponge particle 'spikes' in skin for a few days.

Keep the skin as dry as possible. If your skin around your mouth or nose (sensitive areas) becomes irritated or reddened as it is peeling, apply a dab of moisturiser or Pro Age Mask to this area. You can also add some moisturiser around the corners of your mouth before you eat if it gets too uncomfortable.

This is not a one hit wonder face mask. You will not see instant results overnight. If you are using Nano Sponge Facial for hyperpigmentation, please ensure that you are pairing this facial with a skincare routine such as our Brightening Kit. This helps the facial to be more effective, and prevent any Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation.

As such as a bare minimum prep protocol:

Complete a round of our Brightening Kit Routine. Ensure that you stick to using the Brightening Mask twice weekly. This will lighten and fade the discolouration on the surface of your skin and brighten your entire complexion. The most important aspect is also bringing the dermal hyperpigmentation to the surface of the skin so that we can then peel this away with the Nano Sponge Facial.

If you are looking for the absolute best results from this Facial and are committed both short term and long term results we recommend the following:

In your daily routine, use our Brightening Cleanser, Super Serum, Mandelic Serum and Brightening Complex (in this order) paired with SPF 50+ During the day and remember to complete this in the PM also.

We then recommend you partake in our Winter Facial Peel Kit, again, this will accelerate brightening, lightening , fading and then bringing the dermal hyperpigmentation to the top of the skin (surface) so that all the nano has to do is peel the left over discolouration sitting on top of the skin. You would then maintain results with your daily routine, keeping in mind that you may need up to 4 Nano Sponge Facials to achieve optimal results.
