The starter set includes the Precision Microneedling Pen and 4 × round nano cartridges.
What is the adjustable depth range?
The device has a mechanical adjustment range from 0 to 2.5 mm. This describes the capability of the device rather than a universal recommended treatment depth.
How many speed settings are available?
Six levels are available: 6,000, 9,000, 12,000, 16,000, 20,000 and 24,000 RPM.
What does intelligent memory mean?
The device recalls the most recently selected speed when it is switched back on.
How is the pen charged?
The Precision Microneedling Pen uses a USB Type-C charging connection.
Does a deeper setting mean a better treatment?
No. Greater mechanical depth does not automatically create a better treatment. Follow the supplied instructions and select settings deliberately.
Is this the same as the Hydra Infusion Pen?
No. The Precision Microneedling Pen is a separate Windyigarn device. The Hydra Infusion Pen uses a different serum-reservoir cartridge system.
