Which cartridge should you choose?

Start with the treatment style, not the biggest number. The 12, 24 and 36 pin options are microneedling cartridges. Nano Round and Nano Square are surface-level infusion options.

Choose the cartridge that matches your treatment goal, area and protocol. More pins does not automatically mean a stronger treatment.

How the cartridge works
1 Fill the reservoir.

Add the selected Windyigarn Hydra Infusion / needling serum into the cartridge before treatment.

2 Attach the cartridge.

Secure the cartridge to the Hydra Infusion Pen so the treatment head and serum reservoir work as one unit.

3 Treat while serum feeds through.

During the session, serum is delivered from the cartridge while you needle or nano-infuse.

The serum sits in the cartridge while you treat.

Which cartridge should I choose?

What is the difference between microneedling and nano infusion?

What is the difference between Nano Round and Nano Square?

Both are nano-infusion options. Their treatment category is the same; the main difference is the physical shape of the contact head.

Will these fit any microneedling pen?

No. These are intended for the Windyigarn Hydra Infusion Pen / Hydra Pen H5 cartridge platform. Confirm compatibility before ordering if you use another device.

Does the serum go inside the cartridge?

Yes. The cartridge format includes a serum reservoir designed for infusion during treatment. Use only a serum appropriate for your Windyigarn Hydra Infusion protocol.

Can I use ordinary skincare serums in the reservoir?

Use products specifically selected for your Hydra Infusion or needling protocol. Do not put random exfoliating acids, retinoids, fragranced products or other unsuitable formulas into a needling cartridge.

How often should I use a cartridge?

Frequency depends on whether you are microneedling or using nano infusion, as well as treatment depth, skin condition and the protocol you are following. Follow the Hydra Infusion Pen instructions rather than increasing frequency simply because your skin feels comfortable.

What comes in one pack?

Each selected variant contains five cartridges of the same type: 5 × 12 Pin, 5 × 24 Pin, 5 × 36 Pin, 5 × Nano Round or 5 × Nano Square.
