The Hydra Infusion Derma Roller pairs controlled rolling with the included 5 mL Pigmentation Needling Serum, so the treatment step and serum application work together in one streamlined ritual. The serum is built around Tranexamic Acid, Rose + Soy + Aloe PDRN and dual exosome technology for pigment-prone skin that needs a considered approach rather than more treatment intensity.
Designed as a weekly enhancement to a consistent pigment-care routine, not a replacement for your everyday skincare.
The difference is not about rolling harder. It is about keeping the treatment deliberate: a controlled device step, the correct serum, and enough recovery time between sessions.
The titanium needle head is used according to the supplied device instructions to create a controlled treatment across the intended area.
The included Pigmentation Needling Serum is paired with the treatment so you do not need to choose and layer a separate random active serum during the session.
