The Melasma Facials System is a professional-grade 4-step facial routine for melasma-prone skin, stubborn-looking pigmentation, dullness and uneven tone.
It combines controlled exfoliation, targeted brightening, clarifying mask care and barrier-focused recovery to help skin look smoother, brighter and more even without an overly aggressive approach.
At the centre is The Melasma Peel, formulated with 10% Glycolic Acid, 5% Mandelic Acid and 3% Tranexamic Acid, alongside the Kojic Acid Facial, Brightening Mask and Skin Reset & Recovery Treatment.
Includes: The Melasma Peel · Kojic Acid Facial · Brightening Mask · Skin Reset & Recovery Treatment
Use according to the treatment schedule. Visible flaking may occur. Daily SPF is essential.
A few days of glow is not the same as a structured treatment strategy. The Melasma Facials System gives pigmentation-prone skin three deliberately spaced corrective facial days across a 14-day cycle, with recovery built between them. You know what to use, when to use it and when to leave your skin alone.
Melasma requires control, not intensity. The goal is not to peel as often as possible. It is to create a repeatable treatment rhythm your skin can tolerate.
The Brightening Mask opens the cycle gently, the Kojic + Retinol Facial delivers targeted pigment correction, The Melasma Peel provides the strongest resurfacing step, and Skin Reset & Recovery supports the skin between them.
Mandelic, Lactic, Glycolic and Malic Acids plus Pomegranate Enzyme refresh dullness and surface clarity without making the first step the strongest one.
Kojic Acid, Azelaic Acid, Niacinamide, HPR and a multi-acid blend support clearer, smoother and more even-looking skin.
10% Glycolic, 5% Mandelic, 5% Azelaic and 3% Tranexamic Acid target dull surface build-up and stubborn uneven-looking tone.
Centella, PDRN-focused support and collagen ingredients help replenish hydration and comfort after active facial treatments.
Begin with the gentler Brightening Mask.
Use Kojic + Retinol as the middle pigment-focused treatment.
The Melasma Peel is the single high-activity peel in the cycle.
Restore comfort and hydration between corrective days.
The Melasma Peel is the strongest resurfacing step within the system. It is used once in each 14-day cycle. The surrounding treatments provide different levels of brightening, correction and recovery.
The Melasma Peel is used on Day 13 after a quieter lead-in. The goal is visible surface refinement and brighter-looking clarity, not burning, redness or maximum peeling.
Recovery is part of the treatment architecture. Skin Reset & Recovery is placed after active facial days and again before the final peel to replenish hydration and comfort and stop the cycle becoming relentless.
Three corrective facial days. Four planned recovery treatments. No back-to-back active facials. Follow the sequence and do not add extra peels, retinoid treatments or exfoliating facials outside the plan.
Complete the full cycle. If skin is still dry, red, tight, stinging or visibly flaking at the end, continue gentle recovery-focused skincare rather than beginning another corrective treatment. Daily broad-spectrum SPF is essential.
Do not run both routines at full strength on top of each other. The Melasma Reset System remains your daily foundation. The Melasma Facials System becomes a scheduled treatment layer.
When a facial treatment is doing the corrective work, your normal Reset actives step back.
Continue your normal Reset routine on treatment-free days if skin is calm and comfortable.
Before stronger facial treatments, leave out Mela Peel and Glow Cream and keep the routine simple.
Do not use Mela Peel, Brightening Complex or Glow Cream on the same day as the scheduled facial.
Use gentle cleansing, Skin Reset & Recovery and SPF. Do not add exfoliating acids or retinoids.
Skip Mela Peel. Use the Brightening Mask as directed. Do not use Brightening Complex or Glow Cream afterwards.
Gentle cleanse + Skin Reset & Recovery + SPF. Keep Reset actives paused.
If skin feels completely comfortable, return to your normal Reset routine. If not, continue gentle recovery.
Skip Mela Peel and Glow Cream before the Kojic + Retinol Facial. Keep skincare simple.
Do not use Mela Peel, Brightening Complex or Glow Cream. The facial is your corrective treatment for the day.
Gentle cleanse + Skin Reset & Recovery + SPF. Keep Reset actives paused.
Return to the normal Reset routine only if there is no persistent redness, tightness, stinging or active flaking.
Continue your usual Reset routine if skin remains comfortable. Day 9 may also be used for Skin Reset & Recovery.
Skip Mela Peel and Glow Cream. Keep the routine simple before The Melasma Peel.
Do not use Mela Peel, Brightening Complex or Glow Cream. The Melasma Peel is your only corrective treatment that day.
Gentle cleanse + Skin Reset & Recovery + SPF. Do not restart Reset actives yet.
Return to your normal Reset routine when skin feels settled. If redness, tightness, stinging or flaking remains, continue recovery until it resolves.
Do not add another chemical peel, exfoliating pad, Retinal Renew treatment, retinoid treatment, biomicroneedling treatment or other intensive resurfacing step while following this cycle unless you have been individually advised to do so.
I know what it feels like to book another appointment and hope this one will finally make the pigmentation look better. Some treatments gave me temporary glow. Some made my skin feel smoother. But the cost kept adding up while the bigger problem remained.
That experience shaped this system. I wanted a repeatable treatment rhythm where each corrective treatment had a purpose and recovery was treated as part of the process.
The value of the system is not doing more treatments. It is knowing exactly where brightening, targeted correction, stronger resurfacing and recovery belong.
May give temporary smoothness or glow without giving you the next step.
Makes it easy to over-exfoliate or lose track of what your skin has already had.
Gives three corrective treatments and recovery a defined place across fourteen days.
The system contains active facial treatments. Follow the schedule, rinse wash-off treatments as directed, use daily SPF and do not add extra strong actives simply because your skin looks calm.
Follow the full 14-day cycle. There are three corrective facial days: Brightening Mask on Day 1, Kojic + Retinol Facial on Day 5 and The Melasma Peel on Day 13. Skin Reset & Recovery is used between these treatment days.
It is the strongest resurfacing treatment in the system. The surrounding treatments provide different forms of brightening, correction and recovery so the cycle does not rely on repeated high-activity peeling.
Because corrective treatment is only half of the plan. Skin Reset & Recovery is deliberately positioned after active treatment days and before the final peel to replenish hydration and comfort.
No. Visible flaking can occur, but more peeling is not the goal. The system is built around controlled renewal, pigment support and recovery.
Yes, but do not layer both routines at full strength. On scheduled facial days, the facial replaces your usual Reset actives. On recovery days, keep the routine recovery-focused. Follow the dedicated guide above.
Resume your normal Reset actives when skin feels completely comfortable. If you have persistent redness, tightness, stinging or active flaking, continue gentle recovery-focused skincare until skin has settled.
Not while following this cycle unless you have been individually advised to do so. The schedule already contains corrective acids and an HPR-containing facial.
Yes. Daily broad-spectrum SPF is essential when managing melasma-prone skin and while using exfoliating or brightening facial treatments.
The Kojic + Retinol Facial contains Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (HPR). If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, check with your healthcare professional before using retinoid-containing skincare.
Brightening Mask. Kojic + Retinol Facial. The Melasma Peel. Each used once in the 14-day treatment cycle, with recovery deliberately placed between them.
